Hubspot Integration

HubSpot and Xero Integration: Corinium

We helped Corinium integrate HubSpot with Xero accounting software to automate key parts of client onboarding, billing, and lead management.

Whenever a user makes a booking to attend an event on the Corinium website, which involves a HubSpot form, a workflow automatically applies relevant promo codes and then creates a deal with the purchaser as a contact.

The user is then automatically sent an invoice from Xero, which they can pay with their credit card or through a banking transfer. As soon as the invoice is paid, the deal automatically moves to the “Won” stage in HubSpot.


HubSpot and NetSuite Integration: Faircape

Faircape is a development and property management company in South Africa that provides a wide range of services. With 10 different business units, having a single view of customers across the company is paramount to their success, helping build relationships and creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Faircape used a customized version of NetSuite as their ERP solution to track all customers and their respective services. We built an integration that automatically syncs all customer data from NetSuite into HubSpot. This not only presents data in a more useful format for customer engagement and reporting, but also provides a consolidated view of each customer in their HubSpot portal, thereby enablingbetter relationship building with customers across multiple business units.


HubSpot to HubSpot Migration: Sodexo

Sodexo is a food services and facilities management company based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, with over 420,000 employees. When they first came to us, they were experiencing issues with the HubSpot platform: both an old and new HubSpot portal were running simultaneously, and there was no apparent way to migrate contacts, deals, companies, and activities.

After completing a one-time integration, we were able to migrate all of their data from the old portal to the new portal, while maintaining the history, linkages, and data integrity. Sodexo is now able to use the HubSpot tool to its maximum potential.


Real Estate Company Website and HubSpot Integration

Working with one of our partner agencies in Australia (Synx), Sideclick was tasked with creating a custom HubSpot integration with one of Australia’s largest property portals, which lists properties from a wide variety of agents, only some of which use the HubSpot platform. Sideclick helped them leverage HubSpot with an integration

We built an integration with their API, along with a middleware connector to pull visitor information into HubSpot. As a result, all enquiries submitted on the website are now captured and pushed into HubSpot.

Agents who use HubSpot can now see which properties a user showed interest in, and how the user engaged with their website. The agents can then engage with the user directly from the CRM. This actually became a product that other real estate agents could now purchase from Synx if they decide to use HubSpot as their CRM and want to integrate it with their website.
